The Quad Series

Gold Coast / Tweed - V - The Downs - V - Cunningham - V - Gateway

This one day Fours men's competition is traditionally held on a Sunday in mid August.
Hosted by each District in turn.
Junior Bowlers compete in a parallel competition.

2010

This years series was hosted by Belmont Bowls Club, and was a very well run day, with much thanks going to the Belmont volunteers.

The Gateway Juniors placed second behind the very strong Gold Coast / Tweed Junior Squad, while the Gateway Men placed third for the day, with the Gold Coast / Tweed Men also triumphant

A highlight for the day was the performance of possibly the youngest ever Junior District representative player, Kane Nelson, at only 5 years of age.

Special mention must go to three Gateway Juniors who played for The Downs, who were short a player.
